A Message From Our President

John Osslund

As a loan originator, you see transactions every day (at least, our loan originators do) that make sense, like a 600 credit score, with compensating factors. What’s the reason for the low score? Does it make sense, have the problems been solved? As a loan originator, have you ever just wished you could sit down with the underwriter, and really look for a way to HELP your customer? At Integrity 1st Mortgage when you have a question on a transaction, you set up a meeting with your underwriter to review the concerns and possible solutions. Just imagine, being able to walk over to your funder, and ask when loan documents will be issued, and know that there is accountability, AND, they speak to you. If this sounds like a refreshing way to do business, then, you need to talk with us.

We are a locally based mortgage bank, offering Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo and Reverse Mortgages. Our FHA program goes as low as a 580 credit score. Our in-house processing, underwriting, documents and funding are the best around. Our rates are HIGHLY competitive, on par with local credit unions and our loan originators are cleaning up in this refinance market. Our rates just naturally get them business. If you have been working for one of the local banks, and have a database of referral sources, YOU really need to call us. As a fellow veteran of the banking industry, I know, this will be a breath of fresh air.

**Special Note to those wanting a career. I have never been bored in forty years in this industry. You can still make a very good living, If you develop a client database, and are trained and execute on the activities you are taught. We have systems and training for the right individuals. Each year, we hire new loan officers, and train them the correct way. The obstacles to success are many, not the least of which is income, as this is a commission
position. You need to know you have staying power for six months. Still, I can point you to individuals we’ve recently hired, who have had tremendous success. (Because we have full disclosure, I can also point you to individuals that did not have success.) Special consideration will be given to Veterans, and bi-lingual individuals.

Feel free to forward your resume to my email, , or call me direct, for an interview.
